All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads.
That said: if your file won’t open, something is broken, or you believe there’s been an error, contact us. Email shaun@burchardanalytics.com and describe the problem. We will respond and we will make it right.
What we will not do: issue refunds because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong product, or decided it wasn’t what you expected. Read the product description before you buy. If you have questions before purchasing, ask.
