Burchard Analytics LLC runs burchardanalytics.com. This page says what information we collect, why, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Plain terms. No surprises.
What we collect
- When you contact us. Your name, business name (optional), email address, what you’re looking for, and your message. Stored on this site and emailed to us so we can reply.
- When you buy a service. Your name, email address, and order details. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our site and we never see or store it.
- When you book a Direction Session. Scheduling runs through Calendly, which collects the details you enter on its booking page.
- When you join our email list. Your email address, and only if you choose to opt in.
- When you visit. Standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed — recorded by our hosting provider and security tools to keep the site running and protected.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and deliver the work you ask for.
- To process your order, deliver the work you paid for, and help if something goes wrong.
- To send emails you asked for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and filter spam.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. Each only gets what it needs to do its job:
- GoDaddy — website hosting
- Stripe — payment processing
- Easy Digital Downloads — checkout and order records (runs on this site)
- Brevo — delivery of site emails (form confirmations, receipts)
- Mailchimp — our email list, for those who opt in, and delivery of our free tools
- Calendly — appointment scheduling
- Akismet — spam filtering on form submissions
- TrustedSite — site security certification
Each has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses a few cookies so the store works (your cart, your checkout session) and so payments and spam protection function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the store may not work correctly if you do.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept as long as they’re useful for the working relationship. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email list contacts stay until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@burchardanalytics.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some records, like completed orders, may need to be kept for legal reasons — if so, we will tell you.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
