Burchard Analytics LLC sells fixed-scope services.
Our free tools cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund. If a file won’t open, email info@burchardanalytics.com and we’ll fix it.
The Numbers Audit
The Numbers Audit is a service, not a download.
Paid but haven’t had your kickoff call yet? Email info@burchardanalytics.com and we’ll refund you in full.
Once the kickoff call happens, the work has started and the fee is non-refundable.
If we don’t deliver your scorecard within 7 days of the kickoff call, you get a full refund.
